摘要
本文基于工科专业特点和油脂工业对高素质人才的需求,阐述了油脂科学与技术专业综合实验传统教学模式存在的问题。在系统分析项目驱动式(Project-Based Learning,PBL)实验教学模式及其特点的基础上,构建了基于PBL的油脂科学与技术专业综合实验教学模式,以强化符合油脂工业发展、具有创新能力与解决实际问题能力的复合型人才的培养。
Based on the characteristics of engineering specialty and the demand for high-quality talents in the oil industry,this paper expounds the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode of comprehensive experiments of lipids science and technology.On the basis of the project-based learning(PBL)experimental teaching mode and its characteristics,a PBL-based comprehensive experimental teaching mode for lipids science and technology specialty was constructed to strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive talents with innovation ability and practical problem solving ability in line with the development of oil industry.
