餐饮业升级转型背景下发展餐饮新质生产力的对策研究

摘要 餐饮新质生产力增强和转型跃升是促进餐饮业高质量发展的新动能。本文立足于餐饮业发展现状需求,结合餐饮行业高质量发展背景下的转型升级,对餐饮新质生产力的发展进行总体思考。通过分析目前餐饮业转型升级面临的瓶颈与挑战,明确了发展餐饮新质生产力的关键实施路径,提出持续强化人才培养,加大要素迭代、强化数智赋能,探索服务路径、多维错位发展等策略,以期能够推动传统餐饮与现代餐饮的新旧动能转化,实现餐饮业高质量发展。 The enhancement of new quality productivity and transformation of catering industry are the new driving forces to promote the high-quality development of catering industry.Based on the needs of the development status of the catering industry,combined with the transformation and upgrading of the high-quality development of the catering industry,this paper makes an overall reflection on the development of new quality productivity of the catering industry.By analyzing the bottlenecks and challenges faced by the current transformation and upgrading of the catering industry,the key implementation path for the development of new quality productivity of catering industry is defined,and it is proposed that in the future,it is necessary to continuously strengthen talent training,increase factor iteration,strengthen numerical intelligence,explore service paths and multi-dimensional dislocation development strategies,so as to promote the transformation of old and new kinetic forces of traditional catering industry and modern catering industry,and achieve high-quality development of the catering industry.
