摘要
本文阐述食品添加剂的应用现状,分析食品添加剂对食品安全的影响,探讨食品添加剂在食品加工中的不当使用情况,并提出相关对策,旨在为食品添加剂的合理使用与监督管理提供参考,切实保障食品安全和消费者的身心健康。
This paper describes the application status of food additives,analyzes the impact of food additives on food safety,discusses the improper use of food additives in food processing,and puts forward relevant countermeasures,aiming at providing references for the rational use and supervision of food additives,and effectively guaranteeing food safety and consumers’physical and mental health.
