摘要 食品检验检测在保障公众健康、维护市场秩序、促进国际贸易与合作以及推动食品行业创新与可持续发展方面具有重要意义。本文针对食品检验检测过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出质量安全控制的优化策略,如完善样品采集与制备流程、强化仪器设备与试剂管理、优化检测方法与标准应用以及提升检测人员能力与素质等,旨在提高食品检验检测的准确性和可靠性,确保食品安全,保护消费者健康,促进食品行业的健康发展。 Food inspection and testing are of great significance in safeguarding public health,maintaining market order,promoting international trade and cooperation,and advancing innovation and sustainable development in the food industry.This article analyzes the problems in the food inspection and testing process,and proposes optimization strategies for quality and safety control,such as improving sample collection and preparation processes,strengthening instrument and reagent management,optimizing testing methods and standard applications,and enhancing the ability and quality of testing personnel.The aim is to improve the accuracy and reliability of food inspection and testing,ensure food safety,protect consumer health,and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
