摘要
本文采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定水稻中铅、镉、铬和砷4种重金属,旨在优化前处理实验中的微波消解条件。结果显示,当消解功率为1600W,温度梯度为150~190℃,总时长为40 min,消解酸体系为HNO_(3)(7 mL)+H_(2)O_(2)(2 mL),赶酸温度为150℃时,可以将水稻样品完全消解,同时样品的加标回收率达到最高。该方法具有高灵敏度和高准确性的特点,可以为从事水稻重金属检测的相关工作人员提供可靠的方法参考。
This article uses microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)to determine four heavy metals,lead,cadmium,chromium,and arsenic,in rice,with the aim of optimizing the microwave digestion conditions in the pretreatment experiment.The results showed that with a digestion power of 1600 W,a temperature gradient of 150~190℃,a total time of 40 minutes,a digestion acid system of HNO_(3)(7 mL)+H_(2)O_(2)(2 mL),and an acid extraction temperature of 150℃,the rice sample could be completely digested,and the spiked recovery rate of the sample can reach the highest level.This method has the characteristics of high sensitivity and high accuracy,which can provide a reliable method reference for personnel engaged in heavy metal detection in rice.
