湿固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶的研制

摘要 由二元酸和二元醇合成了液体聚酯多元醇,并对其结构与性能进行了表征,然后利用合成的液体聚酯多元醇、结晶聚酯多元醇、多异氰酸酯、热塑性树脂、催化剂等为原料,制备了湿固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶(PUR),考察了液体聚酯多元醇、结晶聚酯多元醇、多异氰酸酯对PUR性能的影响。结果表明,当液体聚酯多元醇选择LDP03、结晶聚酯多元醇选择PHA,且PHA/LPD03质量比为36/64,多异氰酸酯选择CD-C,且R为2.2时,制备的PUR具有最好的综合性能,其120℃熔融粘度为5 950 MPa·s,开放时间为250 s,初粘强度为0.32 MPa,终粘强度为9.6 MPa,高温高湿后粘接强度为9.3 MPa,高低温交变后粘接强度9.1 MPa。 Liquid polyester polyols were synthesized with diacids and diols,and their structures and properties were characterized.Then moisture curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive(PUR)was prepared with synthesized liquid polyester polyols,crystalline polyester polyols,polyisocyanates,thermoplastic resins,catalysts,etc.The effects of liquid polyester polyols,crystalline polyester polyols and polyisocyanates on the properties of PUR were studied.The results showed that PUR had the best overall performance when the liquid polyester polyol was LDP03,the polyisocyanate was CD-C,and R was 2.2,the melt viscosity was 5950 MPa·s at 120℃,the open time was 250 s,the initial adhesion was 0.32 MPa,the final adhesion was 9.6 MPa,the adhesion after high temperature and high humidity was 9.3 MPa,and the adhesion after high and low temperature alternation was 9.1 MPa.
