于氏解郁调肝散的薄层鉴别及含量测定

TLC Identification and Content Determination of YuShi JieYuTiaoGan Powder

建立于氏解郁调肝散的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法。采用薄层色谱(TLC)法建立制剂中大黄和陈皮的鉴别方法;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立制剂中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量测定方法。结果薄层色谱鉴别方法斑点清晰、阴性无干扰、分离度好;木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯分别在18.15~181.50μg/mL、18.02~180.20μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,于氏解郁调肝散中木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯平均含量分别为4.533 8 mg/g(RSD 1.29%,n=6)、5.941 2 mg/g(RSD 0.77%,n=6)。该方法简便易行、准确度高、重复性好,可用于于氏解郁调肝散的质量控制。

The thin layer identification and content determination method of YuShi JieYuTiaoGan powder were established.The thin layer chromatography method(TLC)was used to identify Rhei radix et rhizoma and Citri reticulatae pericarpium qualitatively.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used for content determination of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in Aucklandiae radix.The TLC spots were clear with less negative interference,well separated and good reproducibility.Costunolide and Dehydrocostus lactone had good linear relationships in the range of 18.15 to 181.50μg/mL and 18.02 to 180.20μg/mL,respectively.The average contents of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in YuShi JieYuTiaoGan powder were 4.5338 mg/g(RSD=1.29%,n=6)and 5.9412 mg/g(RSD=0.77%,n=6),respectively.This method is simple and feasible,with high accuracy and good repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of YuShi JieYuTiaoGan powder.
