摘要
桂阳县城北污水处理厂为新建项目,近期规模为10 000 m^(3)/d,其中生活污水8 000 m^(3)/d,工业废水2 000 m^(3)/d,远期新增10 000 m^(3)/d。出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。本文主要介绍了污水处理厂的工艺选择、主要构筑物及所含主要设备和系统的工程设计,生化段主体采用水解酸化+A/A/O+MBR工艺。近一年多的运营结果显示,所选工艺效果较好,只要进水正常、运营得当,能保证出水稳定达标。本污水处理厂的建成能极大降低纳污范围内所排污染物浓度,大幅减少区域内排入舂陵江的污染物质的总量,能明显地改善地表水水质和区域水环境。
The Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant in Guiyang County is a new project with a recent scale of 10000 m^(3)/d,including 8000 m^(3)/d of domestic sewage and 2000 m^(3)/d of industrial wastewater,with a long-term increase of 10000 m^(3)/d.The process selection,main structures and the main equipment included,and system engineering design of the sewage treatment plant were mainly introduced.Hydrolytic Acidification+A/A/O+Membrane Bioreactor(MBR)was used as the main process of biochemical section.The operation results of over a year showed that the selected process had a good effect.As long as the inlet water was normal and the operation was appropriate,it can ensure that the outlet water was stable and met the standard.The construction of this sewage treatment plant can greatly reduce the concentration of pollutants discharged within the sewage receiving area,significantly reduce the total amount of pollutants discharged into the Chongling River in the area,and significantly improve the surface water quality and regional water environment.
