泸州市涉VOCs企业VOCs防治现状调查与对策

Investigation and Countermeasure on Current Situation of VOCs Prevention and Control in VOCs Related Enterprises in Luzhou City

在光照条件下,挥发性有机物(VOCs)极易发生光化学反应,生成一系列如臭氧的产物,从而进一步形成光化学烟雾,危害人体健康。本文通过对泸州市386家涉VOCs企业开展的排查监测及抽测工作获得一系列监测数据,并对排污单位在线安装情况、治理设施安装情况、监测结果分布规律等进行详细分析,初步分析泸州市VOCs排放现状和存在问题,结合当地工业企业分布特点及排放规律,提出切实可行的防治对策及建议。

Under light conditions,volatile organic compound(VOCs)are highly susceptible to photochemical reactions,producing a series of products such as ozone,which further form photochemical smog and endangers human health.A series of monitoring data were obtained from^(3)86 VOCs-related enterprises in Luzhou,based on a detailed analysis of the on-line installation of pollution discharge units,the installation of treatment facilities,and the distribution of monitoring results,the current situation and problems of VOCs emission in Luzhou were also preliminarily analyzed,based on the distribution characteristics of local industrial enterprises and their emission laws,some feasible countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
