非二氧化碳温室气体排放量化方法研究进展

摘要 非二氧化碳温室气体因具有更强全球增温潜势,正越来越引起全社会和国际政府的关注。以典型非二氧化碳温室气体-甲烷为例,中国、欧美等国家和地区均已发布排放控制行动方案,要求完善监测和量化方法,制定控排措施。准确量化是制定控排策略的基础,文章通过综述非二氧化碳温室气体各量化方法分类和特点,阐明了各方法的优-缺点、适用范围和研究应用现状,提出应统筹完善其他增温潜势更强的如HFCS、PFCS和SF6等的量化方法,通过实测法和核算法相互校验进一步优化各领域地区排放因子,修正排放模型,可使非二氧化碳温室气体量化结果更准确,对推动其减排具有重要意义。 Non-Carbon dioxide greenhouse gases are increasingly attracting the attention of the whole society and international governments,because of the stronger global warming potential compared to carbon dioxide.Taking typical non-carbon dioxide greenhouse-methane as an example,China,Europe and America have all released an action plan for methane emission control,which require improve the monitoring and quantification methods,and develop control and emission measures.Accurate quantification is the foundation for formulating methane emission reduction strategies,the article summarizes the classification and characteristics of various quantification methods,and elucidates the advantages and disadvantages,applicability and research application status,and proposes that other quantification methods such as HFCs,PFCS and SF6...should be comprehensively improved.Further optimization of emission factors in various fields and update the emission models can be achieved through mutual verification of measurement and accounting methods,which can make the quantification results more accurate and of great significance for promoting carbon dioxide greenhouse gases emission reduction.
