摘要
液相色谱质谱法测定土壤中苯胺具有溶剂用量少,定量分析灵敏度高,检出限低等优点,但样品的前处理过程正确与否直接影响苯胺测定的准确性。针对土壤监测中苯胺前处理过程中遇到的问题,本文讨论了内标加入时机和加入量、提取方式的选择、pH值调节、净化步骤溶剂用量、浓缩条件等关键环节对苯胺结果的影响,并提出解决方案。通过研究,希望能够对HJ 1210-2021的测定效率提升提供帮助。
Although using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry to test aniline in soil has the advantages of less solvent usage,high sensitivity and low MDL,but the accuracy of aniline determination is severely affected by the correctness of samples pre-treatment process.To solve problems encountered in the process of aniline pretreatment in soil monitoring,this paper discussed the influence of the internal standard adding time and amount,extraction method selection,pH value adjustment,solvent amount in purification steps,concentration conditions and other key links on aniline results,and proposed corresponding solutions.This research is aiming to improve determination efficiency of HJ 1210-2021.
