摘要
在中医药院校中,医学微生物学实验教学是理论基础知识联系实践的重要桥梁,也是培养医学生科研创新能力的重要途径。该研究设计了一门以科研创新能力培养为目标的跨学科综合实验教学课程,主要从实验教学现状、教学地位、教学目标及教学设计等方面进行介绍。该教学课程由基础性验证实验和跨学科综合实验组成,其中跨学科综合实验以“细菌对抗菌药物的敏感性试验”为例,遵循“抗生素的发现-结构鉴定-药敏试验”的基本思路和方法,涵盖多学科重点实验技术和相关理论知识,为学生提供较大的创新空间,有利于学生树立良好的科研思维和习惯,为学生提供相对完整的科研训练,为培养合格的中医药创新人才奠定基础。
In the universities of traditional Chinese medicine,the experimental teaching of Medical Microbiology is not only an important bridge between theoretical knowledge and practice,but also as an important way to cultivate medical students'scientific research innovation ability.An interdisciplinary comprehensive experimental teaching course aiming at the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability was designed,mainly introducing the current situation,teaching status,teaching objectives,and teaching design of experimental teaching.The course is composed of basic validation experiments and interdisciplinary comprehensive experiments.The interdisciplinary comprehensive experiment takes“bacteria sensitivity test to antibiotics”as an example,following the basic ideas and methods of“antibiotics discovery-structure elucidation-drug sensitivity test”,covering multidisciplinary key experimental techniques and related theoretical knowledge.At the same time,it provides students with a large space for innovation,which is conducive to establish good thinking and habits for scientific research,and provide students with relatively complete scientific research training to lay the foundation for cultivating qualified innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine.
