Research on the transformation and upgrading of enterprises empowered by new quality productive forces

新质生产力正成为引领企业转型升级的关键驱动力。文章基于技术创新理论、产业组织理论和价值链理论,分析了新质生产力赋能企业转型升级的可能性,包括传统产业智能化改造、战略性新兴产业发展、平台经济崛起以及国际化发展空间拓展等。同时,指出新质生产力发展正面临数字基础设施建设滞后、数据要素流通不畅、创新人才匮乏、商业模式创新不足、创新生态建设欠缺等困境。针对上述问题,提出了相应的对策建议。新质生产力必将成为引领企业转型升级和经济高质量发展的强大动力,处于转型关键期的中国企业必须把握机遇,加快新旧动能转换,在高质量发展道路上不断创新。

New quality productive forces is becoming a key driving force to lead the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Based on technological innovation theory,industrial organization theory and value chain theory,the paper analyzes the possibility of new quality productive forces empowering enterprise transformation and upgrading,including the intelligent transformation of traditional industries,the development of strategic emerging industries,the rise of platform economy and the expansion of international development space.At the same time,it is pointed out that the development of new quality productive forces is facing the dilemma of lagging behind in the construction of digital infrastructure,poor circulation of data elements,lack of innovative talents,insufficient business model innovation,and lack of innovation ecological construction.In response to the above problems,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.New quality productive forces will certainly become a powerful driving force to lead the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and high-quality development of the economy,and Chinese enterprises in the key period of transformation must grasp the opportunity to accelerate the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,and continue to innovate on the road of high-quality development.
