国有企业资产盘活创新路径探析

改革开放以来,中国经济飞速发展,发展过程中国有企业为顺应发展趋势,在基础设施、产业建设等方面投入大量资产,成为推动经济增长的一大力量。如今产业结构、群众需求、经济趋势的变革,使资产无法发挥应有效用,国有企业为了实现资产运作和资源配置最优化,需通过资产盘活摸清家底、查找问题、分析资产结构,对资产价值变现或价值提升。基于此,文章着眼于国有企业资产盘活必要性、现状及创新路径,以期促进国有企业资产盘活工作的开展。

Since the reform and opening up,the Chinese economy has developed rapidly.In the process of development,the stateowned enterprises have invested a large amount of assets in infrastructure,industrial construction,and other aspects to adapt to the development trend,becoming a major force in promoting economic growth.The changes in industrial structure,public demand,and economic trends have made it difficult for assets to be effectively utilized.In order to achieve optimal asset operation and resource allocation,state-owned enterprises need to find out their assets,identify problems,analyze asset structure,and realize or enhance asset value.Based on this,this article focuses on the necessity,current situation,and innovative path of asset revitalization in state-owned enterprises,in order to promote the development of asset revitalization work in state-owned enterprises.
