随着国家基础设施建设的快速发展,数字建筑的发展速度并不能与之同步,建筑施工企业更多采用的是模拟仿真、建筑信息模型、建筑机器人等方法来应对施工过程中出现的种种问题。而业财融合是一种全新的管理理念,突出了企业业务与财务的协同管理,即将企业的业务部门和财务部门紧密结合。基于此,文章将对业财融合背景下的建筑施工企业财务管理转型进行研究,分析其中存在的问题,并提出合理举措,以提高企业整体管理水平。

With the rapid development of national infrastructure construction,the speed of digital building development cannot keep pace with it.Construction companies mostly use methods such as simulation,building information modeling,and construction robots to address various problems that arise during the construction process.The integration of business and finance is a new management concept that highlights the collaborative management of enterprise business and finance,which closely integrates the business and finance departments of the enterprise.Based on this,this article will study the financial management transformation of construction enterprises under the background of business-finance integration,analyze the existing problems,and propose reasonable measures to improve the overall management level of the enterprise.
