摘要
为更好地实现以创新推动辽宁制造业发展,文章提取了工匠精神视域下制造业员工的特征指标,采用问卷调查法收集制造业员工的相关数据,运用二阶聚类法分析了辽宁制造业员工的特点,主要包括:以男性中青年员工为主、有较强的敬业精神和学习目标导向、创新能力有待提升等,并从组织层面提出提升员工绩效的管理建议。
In order to better promote the development of Liaoning’s manufacturing industry through innovation,the article extracted characteristic indicators of manufacturing employees from the perspective of craftsman spirit,collected relevant data of manufacturing enterprise employees using questionnaire survey method,and analyzed the characteristics of Liaoning’s manufacturing industry employees using second-order clustering method.The main indicators include male middle-aged and young employees,strong dedication and learning goal orientation,innovation ability to be improved,and proposed management suggestions to improve employee performance from the organizational level.
