地方人才政策对高校毕业生就业意愿的影响研究——以徐州市人才政策为例

摘要 文章从个人统计学变量、人才政策、毕业生就业意愿三个维度对在徐毕业生进行问卷调查,分析毕业生留徐就业意愿影响因素,并对其进行实证分析。结果表明:在徐高校毕业生留徐意愿受到政策知晓度和政策满意度的影响,且均是正向影响。其中,政策知晓度对在徐高校毕业生留徐意愿的影响更大。因此,政府需要依托多方媒介积极加大政策宣传力度,提高政策知晓度,吸引更多大学生在徐就业,不断促进城市社会经济的高质量发展。 This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on graduates in Xuzhou from three dimensions,personal statistical variables,talent policy and graduates’employment intention,analyzes the influencing factors of graduates’employment intention in Xuzhou,and the empirical analysis is carried out.The results show that the willingness of university graduates to stay in Xuzhou is affected by the degree of policy awareness and policy satisfaction,and both of them are positive.Among them,the degree of policy awareness has a greater impact on the willingness of university graduates to stay in Xuzhou.Therefore,the government needs to rely on multiple media to actively expand policy publicity,improve policy awareness,attract more college students to work in Xuzhou,and constantly promote the high-quality development of urban social economy.
