随着世界范围内的商业往来越来越多,对具有国际视野和实践技能的实用型国际商务人才要求越来越高。应用型国际商务专业人才既要有扎实的知识,又要有较强的法律、财务和市场营销能力。目前,我国已经进入转型和升级的阶段,而在课程设置方面,传统的学科体系虽然为学生提供了系统的理论知识,但在实践能力的培养上显得相对薄弱。这就需要高校教师培养方式的改革,以满足市场的需要与挑战。

With more and more business contacts around the world,the requirements for practical international business talents with international vision and practical skills are getting higher and higher.Applied international business professionals should not only have solid knowledge,but also have strong legal,financial and marketing capabilities.At present,China has entered the stage of transformation and upgrading,and in terms of curriculum,although the traditional subject system provides students with systematic theoretical knowledge,it is relatively weak in the cultivation of practical ability.This requires the reform of college teachers’training methods to meet the needs and challenges of the market.
