Gig economy,as an emerging labor model,has had a profound impact on the traditional labor market worldwide.It has improved the flexibility and autonomy of work,changed the relationship between workers and employers,and also posed new challenges to employment stability,social security system and protection of workers’rights and interests.This paper analyzes the characteristics and current problems of gig economy,and puts forward suggestions to improve it,so as to provide reference for promoting the development of labor market.
