浅谈勘察设计企业全面预算管理中的问题和对策

全面预算管理对提高企业的经营管理效率和风险防控能力具有重要意义,然而在实践中,勘察设计企业在全面预算管理的落实过程中仍存在一些问题,难以有效发挥全面预算管理的作用。基于此,文章对于勘察设计企业全面预算管理的实施进行深入研究,并寻找相应合理性对策,以保证全面预算管理有效实施,从而帮助勘察设计企业提升管理水平,优化企业经营业绩,推动企业发展。

Comprehensive budget management is of great significance to enhance the operation and management efficiency and risk prevention and control ability of enterprises.However,in practice,survey and design enterprises still have some problems in the implementation process of comprehensive budget management,which makes it difficult to effectively play the role of comprehensive budget management.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the implementation of comprehensive budget management in survey and design enterprises,and seeks corresponding reasonable countermeasures to ensure the effective implementation of comprehensive budget management,so as to help survey and design enterprises improve their management level,optimize their business performance and promote their development.
