数字化赋能下高校社会工作人才培养路径探索

Exploring the training path of social work talents in colleges and universities under digital empowerment

高校社会工作专业人才培养的数字化赋能是将传统人才培养模式、技术和方法等方面与数字技术相融合,实现专业人才培养的数字化升级和转型的过程。应数字化时代我国社会工作行业发展和人才培养所需,数字化赋能成为社会工作专业人才培养的一种尝试和创新。通过充分运用社会工作线上方法类软件、VR虚拟现实技术、云平台等技术手段,实现实务训练系统化,能力培养实效化,融“学习—实务—研究训练”于一体,实现应用型人才培养技术的数字化提升。文章聚焦数字化赋能视角下社会工作专业人才培养的创新模式与实践路径,以期为学术界、教育界探索数字化赋能人才培养模式提供理论探索与经验总结。

Digital empowerment of social work professional talent cultivation in colleges and universities is the process of integrating traditional talent cultivation modes,technologies and methods with digital technologies to realize digital upgrading and transformation of professional talent cultivation.In response to the development of Chinas social work profession and the need for talent cultivation in the digital era,digital empowerment has become an attempt and innovation in social work professional talent cultivation.Through the full use of social work online methodology software,VR virtual reality technology,cloud platform and other technologies,integration of“learning-practice-research training”in one,to achieve the applied talent training technology of digital upgrading.This paper focuses on the innovative mode and practical path of social work professional talents training under the perspective of digital empowerment,with a view to providing theoretical exploration and experience summary for academics and educators to explore the mode of digitally empowered talents training.
