评研一体化的幼儿园教育质量自我评估:价值选择、实践路径与效果检验

摘要 有效的幼儿园教育质量自我评估以激发学习、支持参与、增进对话、促进反思为价值选择。评研一体化的幼儿园教育质量自我评估包括四种实践路径:对教研的评估、为了教研的评估、作为教研的评估、作为评估的教研。实证研究结果表明,评研一体化的幼儿园教育质量自我评估具有有效性和可行性。 Effective self-assessment of kindergarten education quality is valued for its ability to inspire learning,support participation,facilitate dialogue,and promote reflection.The integration of evaluation and research in self-assessment of kindergarten education quality includes four implementation paths:evaluation of teaching and research,evaluation for teaching and research,evaluation as teaching and research,and teaching and research as evaluation.Empirical research results demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the integration of evaluation and research in self-assessment of kindergarten education quality.
