野生刺梨果实品质特征及营养成分与生长土壤关系分析

摘要 为探究野生刺梨果实品质特征及营养成分与生长土壤的关系,以贵州铜仁地区为调查区域,分别采集野生刺梨果实及生长土壤样品,测定其果实多糖、可溶性糖和总黄酮等品质指标含量,以及土壤pH、土壤有机质和土壤全氮等含量,探讨其主要营养成分与生长土壤的关系。结果表明,该地区野生刺梨果实的维生素C和超氧化物歧化酶含量较高,可溶性总糖和总黄酮含量高,糖酸比为高级水平;果实含有一定的微量元素;其生长土壤为碱性土壤,养分含量较高;果实营养成分与生长土壤存在一定的相关性。综上,该地区野生刺梨果实营养成分较为丰富,适宜野生刺梨生长,有利于发挥其品质特性。 To explore the reationship between the quality characteristics and nutritional components of wild Rosa roxburghii fruits with growing soil.Tongren area in Guizhou Province was used as the survey area,wild Rosa roxburghii fruits and soil samples for growth were collected,the contents of fruit polysaccharide,soluble sugar and total flavone were determined,the contents of soil pH,soil organic matter and soil total nitrogen were determined,and to explore the relationship between their main nutritional components and growth soil.The results showed that the wild Rosa roxburghii fruits in the region had high levels of vitamin C and superoxide dismutase,high levels of soluble total sugar and total flavonoids,and a high sugar acid ratio;The fruits contained certain trace elements;The soil in which the fruit grows was alkaline soil with high nutrient content;There was a certain correlation between the nutritional components of fruits and the growing soil.The wild Rosa roxburghii fruits in this area is rich in nutrients and is suitable for the growth of wild Rosa roxburghii and conducive to its quality characteristics.
