摘要
为研究大花红景天、小丛红景天和长鞭红景天3种提取物对小鼠运动性疲劳的影响,将6周龄雄性健康的小鼠,随机分为空白对照组、大花红景、小丛红景天和长鞭红景天组,观察测定其游泳时长和生化指标,生化指标包括全血乳酸和血清尿素氮的含量。同时利用单因素试验逐级优化3种红景天提取条件,包括超声时间、浸提温度和浸提时间,观察记录小鼠的游泳时长,以确定最佳提取条件。游泳时长和生化指标结果表明,与空白对照相比,3种提取物均能明显提高小鼠的游泳时长,降低全血乳酸和血清尿素氮的含量(P<0.05),其中大花红景天提取物的效果最佳。提取条件优化结果显示,大花红景天最优提取条件为超声时间4 min、浸提温度70℃和浸提时间1.5 h;小丛红景天最优提取条件为超声时间4 min、浸提温度60℃和浸提时间2.0 h;长鞭红景天最优提取条件为超声时间2 min、浸提温度70℃和浸提时间1.5 h。综上,3种红景天均具有抗疲劳作用,其中大花红景天抗疲劳效果最好。
To investigate the effects of three extracts of Rhodiola crenulata,Rhodiola dumulosa and Rhodiola fastigiata on exercise-induced fatigue in mice,male mice aged 6 weeks were randomly divided into blank control group,Rhodiola crenulata,Rhodiola dumulosa and Rhodiola fastigiata groups.The swimming time and biochemical indexes,including the content of whole blood lactic acid and serum urine nitrogen,were observed and measured.At the same time,the single factor experiment was used to optimize the three extraction conditions of Rhodiola,including ultrasonic time,extraction temperature and extraction time,and the swimming time of mice was observed to determine the best extraction conditions.The results of swimming time and biochemical indexes showed that compared with the blank control group,the three extracts could significantly improve the swimming time of mice,reduce the content of whole blood lactic acid and serum urine nitrogen(P<0.05),and the extract of Rhodiola crenulata had the best effect.The results of optimization of extraction conditions showed that the optimal extraction conditions of Rhodiola crenulata were ultrasonic time of 4 min,extraction temperature of 70℃and extraction time of 1.5 h.The optimal extraction conditions of Rhodiola dumulosa were ultrasonic time of 4 min,extraction temperature of 60℃and extraction time of 2.0 h.The optimal extraction conditions of Rhodiola fastigiata were ultrasonic time of 2 min,extraction temperature of 70℃and extraction time of 1.5 h.In summary,all 3 Rhodiola species had anti-fatigue effect,and Rhodiola crenulata had the best anti-fatigue effect.
