绿色物流与区域经济时空耦合及影响因素——以长江经济带为例

Spatial and Temporal Coupling and Influencing Factors between Green Logistics and Regional Economy:A Case Study of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

基于绿色发展视角,运用熵权-TOPSIS法、耦合协调模型及空间杜宾模型等方法,对长江经济带11省市2012—2021年绿色物流与区域经济耦合协调度的发展水平、时空演变趋势及影响因素进行研究。结果表明:长江经济带各省市绿色物流与区域经济耦合协调度在波动中上升,从上游至下游呈现“较低—低—较高”的空间分异格局,空间差异随时间变化表现出缩小态势。政府干预程度、产业结构升级与对外开放程度对本地区耦合协调度起积极促进作用,金融发展水平存在阻碍作用;产业结构升级对邻近地区耦合协调度的提升具有正向促进作用,环境规制与金融发展具有负向抑制作用。在此基础上,提出实现绿色物流与区域经济协调发展的政策建议。

From the perspective of green development,this paper studies the development level,temporal and spatial evolution trend and influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree between green logistics and regional economy in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2012 to 2021 by using entropy TOPSIS method,coupling coordination model and spatial Dubbin model.Results show that:the coupling and coordination degree of green logistics and regional economy in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt rises in fluctuation,and presents a “lower-low-higher” spatial differentiation pattern from upstream to downstream,and the spatial differences show a narrowing trend with time.The degree of government intervention,the upgrading of industrial structure and the degree of opening to the outside world play a positive role in promoting the coupling and coordination of this region,while the level of financial development hinders it.The upgrading of industrial structure has a positive effect on improving the coupling and coordination of neighboring areas,while environmental regulation and financial development level have a negative effect.On this basis,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for realizing the coordinated development of green logistics and regional economy.
