生态产品价值实现的经济学逻辑——基于生态文明的三角稳态关系视角

The Economic Logic of Realizing the Value of Ecological Products Based on the Perspective of Triangular Steady State Relationship of Ecological Civilization

习近平生态文明思想的核心是人与自然和谐共生,强调良好生态环境是最普惠的民生福祉。实现公平享有自然环境,通过畅通生态产品价值实现机制缩小经济差距,推动共同富裕,这体现了“绿水青山就是金山银山”的经济学逻辑。论文构建了“生态系统—生态产品—社会进步”的三角稳态关系,总结了生态生产力、生态产品价值和效益,并分析了其经济学底层逻辑。同时,讨论了生态产品供需不同情况下的通道畅通模式,得出了以下启示:坚持共同富裕的分配原则,完善价格核算制度,健全产权界定机制,打造区域协同共赢生态圈,实现所有权合法化、市场价值标准化和生态赔偿多元化。这些启示对创新不同生态系统和生态产品价值的实现路径具有重要指导意义,有助于推动生态文明建设,实现经济社会的可持续发展。

The distinct theme of Xi Jinping ecological civilization ideology is to strive for harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and the development of a good ecological environment is to achieve the most inclusive well-being of people’s livelihoods.Realizing fair access to the natural environment,narrowing the economic gap through a smooth mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products,and promoting common prosperity,reflects the economic logic of “green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver”.This study constructs a triangular steady-state relationship of “ecosystem—ecological products—social progress”,summarizes ecological productivity,ecological product value and benefits,and analyzes their underlying economic logic.At the same time,the smooth channel mode under different supply and demand situations of ecological products was discussed,and five inspirations were drawn:Adhering to the distribution principle of common prosperity,improving the price accounting system,perfecting the property rights definition mechanism,creating a regional collaborative and win-win ecological circle,realizing the legalization of ownership,standardization of market value,and diversification of ecological compensation.These inspirations have important guiding significance for innovating the realization paths of different ecosystems and ecological product values,which can help promote the construction of ecological civilization and achieve sustainable economic and social development.
