考虑电压主导型连锁故障的新能源电力系统无功补偿优化配置

摘要 高比例新能源电力系统在连锁故障过程中易发生电压主导型故障,需要合理配置无功补偿提供电压支撑能力。针对电压主导型故障,提出一种考虑电压主导型连锁故障的无功补偿优化配置方法。首先,通过对连锁故障进行仿真,提取电压主导型连锁故障场景;其次,通过对拓扑结构进行聚类,提取故障典型场景集合;然后,以装设无功补偿容量最小以及各场景下的负荷损失最小为目标函数,构建分布式鲁棒优化模型,采用列与约束生成算法对模型进行迭代求解。最后,通过算例验证所提方法的合理性和有效性。算例结果表明,所提方法能够有效的对电压主导型连锁故障的关键节点进行无功补偿优化配置。 High proportion of renewable power systems are prone to voltagedominant faults in the process of cascading failures,requiring a reasonable allocation of reactive power compensation to provide voltage support capability.In view of voltagedominant faults,a reactive compensation optimization allocation method considering voltagedominant cascading failures is proposed.Firstly,the voltagedominant cascading fault scenarios are extracted by simulating cascading failures;Then,a collection of typical scenarios is obtained by clustering the topological structure;After that,the installation of minimum reactive compensation and minimum load loss under each scenario is taken as the objective function,a distributed robust optimization model is constructed,and the column and constraint generation algorithm is adopted for iterative solution of the model.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through numerical examples.The results of the examples show that the proposed method can effectively optimize the allocation of reactive compensation for key nodes in voltagedominant cascading faults.
