直流分压器高压臂电容器的研制

摘要 直流分压器也称直流电压互感器,是直流输电系统测量直流电压的主要设备。目前高电压等级直流分压器主要基于阻容分压原理。本文介绍了直流分压器工作原理、高压臂电容器运行环境及产品特点,并研制了电容器样机,得出在电容心子尺寸相同情况下,采用三膜两纸介质结构比采用两膜一纸介质结构的平均场强更低,以及采用一体式端盖—膨胀器结构,可提高空间利用率的结论,分别通过电容器单元和直流分压器整机试验验证了设计制造的合理性。 The DC voltage divider,also known as DC voltage transformer,is the main equipment for measuring the DC voltage in the DC transmission system.At present,the highvoltage DC voltage divider is mainly based on the principle of resistivecapacitive voltage division.In this paper,the operating principle of the DC voltage divider,the operating environment of the high voltage arm capacitor and product characteristics are introduced and the capacitor prototype is developed.It is concluded that under the same size of the capacitor core,the average field strength of the threefilm twopaper dielectric structure is lower than that of the twofilm onepaper dielectric structure,and the adoption of integrated end coverexpander can improve the space utilization rate.The rationality of design and manufacture is verified by the test of capacitor unit and DC voltage divider.
