摘要
针对港口及近海工程模型试验中对于拖车实验的需求,提出一种大型拖曳水池拖车机构,具体为拖车车架的结构进行设计、分析、校核。应用三维设计软件SOILDWORKS,基于参数设计了拖车的三维模型。在此基础上,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对拖车模型进行网格划分以及静刚度和强度、固有频率的分析计算。研究结果证明:所设计拖车的结构强度和频率性能等均可满足设计要求。
Aiming at the demand for trailer experiments in harbor and offshore engineering model tests,a large-scale ground towing tank trailer mechanism is proposed,which specifically includes the structural design,analysis and verification of the trailer frame.Using the 3D design software SOILDWORKS,the 3D model of the trailer was designed based on the parameters.On this basis,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to mesh the trailer model and to analyze and calculate the static stiffness,strength and natural frequency.The research results show that the structural strength and frequency performance of the designed trailer can meet the design requirements.
