In the era of information,the fast-evolving information technology not only provides a certain convenience for the teaching management and support of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities,but also exposes some problems in the working mode and management concept of teaching secretaries.Based on the post requirements and basic duties of teaching secretaries,this paper focuses on the positive role of the innovation and transformation of the work of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities.It probes into the new requirements for the work of college teaching secretaries in the information age and finally clarifies the innovative path of the work of college teaching secretaries under the background of informatization.It is hoped that we can better understand and apply the information technology,give full play to the post advantages of college teaching secretary,and promote the reform and development of colleges and universities in the new era.
