数字对接与技术赋能:基于联邦学习的高校实践资源建设研究

摘要 推进教育数字化是我国高等教育优化发展的长远目标和战略主题。围绕这一决策导向,从“提升智慧”“引入活水”“拓展空间”三个层面分析了数字技术能够满足高校实践资源的精准整合和扩展建设目标,给出了基于联邦学习的实践资源综合建设新思路。通过三个应用场景,将横向联邦学习、纵向联邦学习和联邦迁移学习与当下实践资源建设的实际需求之间做到有效应用和无缝衔接,在服务经济社会发展的同时,优化实践资源供给,提升育人质量。 Promoting education digitization is a long-term goal and strategic theme for the optimal development of higher education in China.Focusing on this decision-making orientation,this paper analyzes the ability of digital technology to meet the precise integration and expansion construction objectives of university practice resources from three levels:"enhancing intlligence","introducing living water",and"expanding space",and proposes a new approach to the comprehensive construction of practice resources based on federal learning.Through three application scenarios,we can effectively apply and seamlessly connect horizontal federated learning,vertical federated learning,and federated transfer learning with the actual needs of current practice resource construction.While serving economic and social development,we should optimize the supply of practice resources and improve the quality of education.
