全息3D投影技术的图文沟通宣教在儿童内镜检查中的应用及对患儿心理生理评分和成功率的影响

Analysis on the application of holographic 3D projection technology in graphic communication education in children endoscopy and the influence on psychophysiological scores of children and successful rate

摘要 目的 分析全息3D投影技术的图文沟通宣教在儿童内镜检查中的应用及对患儿心理生理评分和成功率的影响。方法 选取2022年7月—2023年6月在杭州市儿童医院进行内镜检查的患儿90例,其中2022年7—12月进行内镜检查的45例为对照组,2023年1—6月进行内镜检查的45例为研究组。对照组行常规宣教,研究组行全息3D投影技术的图文沟通宣教。对比两组心理评分、应激反应、检查成功率、配合度、不适程度及不良反应。结果 宣教后,研究组患儿焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(37.42±4.13)分vs.(43.01±4.82)分]、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分[(36.01±4.26)分vs.(45.93±5.17)分]、心率[(74.27±8.14)次/min vs.(80.01±8.39)次/min]、舒张压(DBP)[(67.01±6.89)mm Hg vs.(72.89±7.42)mm Hg]、收缩压(SBP)[(116.37±11.81)mm Hg vs.(123.91±12.75)mm Hg]均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组检查成功率(88.89%vs. 100.00%)、总配合度(86.67%vs. 97.78%)较高,插镜时不适程度评分[(2.60±0.35)分vs.(3.29±0.41)分]、检查时不适程度评分[(3.12±0.37)分vs.(3.98±0.42)分]、不良反应发生率(15.56%vs. 35.56%)均较低(均P<0.05)。结论 儿童内镜检查中应用全息3D投影技术的图文沟通宣教可以缓解患儿负性情绪,减轻应激反应及检查时不适程度,而且可以提升检查成功率及患儿配合度,减少不良反应发生。 Objective To analyze the application of holographic 3D projection technology in graphic communication education in chil⁃dren endoscopy and the influence on psychophysiological scores of children and successful rate.Methods Ninety children who underwent endoscopy in Hangzhou Children's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected,including 45 cases in control group who underwent endoscopy from July to December 2022 and 45 cases in study group who underwent endoscopy from January to June 2023.The children in control group received routine education,while the children in study group received graphic communication education with holographic 3D projection technology.The psychological scores,stress response,successful rates,compatibility,discomfort degrees,and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After education,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score[(37.42±4.13)vs.(43.01±4.82)],self-rating depression scale(SDS)score[(36.01±4.26)vs.(45.93±5.17)],heart rate[(74.27±8.14)times per minute vs.(80.01±8.39)times per minute],diastolic blood pressure(DBP)[(67.01±6.89)mm Hg vs.(72.89±7.42)mm Hg],and systolic blood pressure(SBP)[(116.37±11.81)mm Hg vs.(123.91±12.75)mm Hg]were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).Compared with control group,the successful rate(88.89%vs.100.00%)and compatibility(86.67%vs.97.78%)in study group were higher,the scores of discomfort degree during endoscopy[(2.60±0.35)vs.(3.29±0.41)],the scores of discomfort degree during exam⁃ination[(3.12±0.37)vs.(3.98±0.42)],and the incidence rate of adverse reactions(15.56%vs.35.56%)were lower(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holographic 3D projection technology in graphic communication education of children endoscopy can alleviate negative emotions of children,relieve stress response and discomfort during examination,improve successful rate of examination and the cooperation of children,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
