银川市基层医疗机构医疗服务能力综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Medical Service Ability of Primary Medical Institutions in Yinchuan City

目的 选取资源配置、基本医疗、综合管理3个维度的14个三级指标对银川市基层医疗机构服务能力进行评价,以了解银川市基层医疗机构医疗服务能力状况。方法 采用TOPSIS法对2016—2020年银川市基层医疗机构医疗服务状况进行综合评价。结果 2016—2019年银川市基层医疗机构服务能力逐步上升,但2020年服务能力有所下降;资源配置对银川市基层医疗机构医疗服务能力的影响仅次于基本医疗;综合管理对其医疗服务能力的影响最小。结论 继续加强银川市基层医疗机构人才队伍建设,并促进区域内医疗资源共享,加强“互联网+”医疗建设,从而提升医疗服务水平和能力。

Objective The service ability of primary medical and health institutions in Yinchuan was evaluated by selecting 14 three-level indicators from three dimensions:resource allocation,basic medical care and comprehensive management,so as to understand the status of medical service ability of primary medical institutions in Yinchuan.Methods The TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively evaluate the medical service status of primary medical institutions in Yinchuan City in 2016—2020.Results From 2016 to 2019,the service capacity of primary medical and health institutions in Yinchuan City gradually increased,but the service capacity decreased in 2020.The impact of resource allocation on the medical service capacity of primary medical institutions in Yinchuan is second only to basic medical care.Integrated management has minimal impact on its ability to deliver services.Conclusion Continue to strengthen the construction of talent teams of primary medical institutions in Yinchuan,and promote the sharing of medical resources in the region;Strengthen the construction of"Internet+"medical care,so as to improve the level and capacity of medical services.
