Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Three Types of Topical Patches for the Treatment of Acute Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的 比较3种外用贴剂治疗肩周炎急性期的临床疗效并进行成本-效果分析。方法 选取2020年3月至2022年3月河北省人民医院收治的肩周炎急性期患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C3组,每组30例。A组给予六味祛风活络膏,B组给予消痛贴膏,C组给予复方南星止痛膏。比较3组患者临床疗效、成本-效果,并进行敏感性分析。结果 A组治疗有效率高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组的治疗有效率高于另外两组,成本也是3组中最低,可以直接判断为最优方案,所以没有必要进行增量分析;敏感性分析结果与成本-效果分析结果一致。结论在治疗肩周炎急性期经验性选用六味祛风活络膏效果佳且成本低。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of three topical patches in the treatment of acute scapulohumeral periarthritis and conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis.Methods Ninety patients with acute stage of periarthritis of shoulder treated in Hebei People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into 3 groups A,B and C by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was given Liuwei Qufeng Huoluo cream,group B was given Xiaotong paste,and group C was given compound Nanxing Pain-relieving cream.The clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness of the three groups were compared,and sensitivity analysis was performed.Results The treatment effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in group A is higher than that in the other two groups,and the cost is also the lowest among the three groups,which can be directly judged as the optimal plan,so there is no need for incremental analysis.The results of sensitivity analysis were consistent with cost-effectiveness analysis.Conclusion The empirical selection of Liuwei Qufeng Huoluo cream in the treatment of acute stage of periarthritis of shoulder has good effect and low cost.
