开喉剑喷雾剂联合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的临床疗效和安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Kaijujian Spray combined with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid in Children with Herpetic Angina

目的 探讨疱疹性咽峡炎患儿采用开喉剑喷雾剂联合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗的有效性及安全性。方法 选取2020年9月至2023年9月南京市高淳人民医院收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿86例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组予以蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用开喉剑喷雾剂治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状改善时间、炎症因子、安全性。结果 观察组治疗有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05)。观察组发热、咽痛消失时间及疱疹溃疡愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗5 d后,观察组白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组,C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 疱疹性咽峡炎采用开喉剑喷雾剂联合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗,不仅能够促进症状改善,还能减轻机体炎症反应,提高疗效的同时且不会增加药物不良反应。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of treating children with herpetic angina with Kaijian spray combined with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid.Methods A total of 86 children with herpetic angina treated in Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with open throat sword spray on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,inflammatory factors and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than that of control group 79.07%(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever and sore throat and the healing time of herpes ulcer in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the level of C-reactive protein(CRP)was lower than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of herpetic angina with Kaijian spray combined with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid can not only promote the improvement of symptoms,but also reduce the inflammatory response of the body,improve the curative effect and do not increase the adverse drug reaction.
