摘要
育人方式变革下教师需要提高学习素养、设计素养和反思素养作为看家本领以应对时代的挑战。学习素养是教师有“理”开展育人方式变革的根本本领,为教师育人行为和学生学习方式变革奠定基础;设计素养是教师有“效”进行育人方式变革的基本本领,为教师教与学的方式变革提供有效支撑;反思素养是教师有“序”实施育人方式变革的重要本领,为教师高效反思教学与专业成长变革提供利器。持续提高三种看家本领,才能为育人方式的变革提供动力源泉、运行保障和循证机制,进而通过育人方式变革,促进“立德树人”根本任务的落地。
In the context of educational reform,teachers need to improve their learning competency,design competency and reflective competency as core competencies to cope with the challenges of modern times.Learning competency is the fundamental ability that enables teachers to conduct educational reforms logically,laying the groundwork for changes in teaching practices and students'learning methods.Design competency is the basic ability of teachers to effectively carry out the reform of education methods,and provides effective support for transforming teaching and learning methods.Reflective competency is a crucial ability for teachers to implement the reform of education methods in an“orderly”manner,serving as a powerful tool for deep reflection on teaching practices and fostering professional growth and adaptation to change.Only by continuously improving the three kinds of housekeeping skills can we provide a source of power,operational guarantee and evidence-based mechanism for the reform of the way of educating people,and then promote the implementation of the fundamental task of“cultivating individuals with virtue”through the reform of the way of educating people.
