摘要
基于“反馈即过程”的理论认知,教育实习反馈是一个以目标导向、持续循环、多维互动以及对话协商为特征的交往过程,尤其强调师范生在反馈中的主体地位。教育实习反馈作为师范生专业发展中的关键途径,通过互动、协商的形式,塑造着师范生作为准教师的专业形象,不仅能够澄清反馈主体间认知差异,而且能够改进师范生行为策略、激发师范生学习动机、鼓励师范生自我反思。为了保障教育实习反馈的有效性,在反馈过程中必须注重反馈证据的有效生成、反馈主体的双向互动、反馈制度的建立与完善、反馈环境的建设等具体策略,以有效推进师范生专业化发展、促进职前教师教育高质量发展。
Based on the theoretical understanding that“feedback represents a process”,educational internship feedback is an interactive process characterized by goal orientation,continuous cycle,multidimensional interaction,and dialogue and negotiation,with particular emphasis on the subjective role of student teachers within the feedback process.As a key force in the professional development of student teachers,educational internship feedback shapes the professional image of student teachers as qualified teachers through interaction and negotiation.It not only clarifies the cognitive differences between the feedback subjects,but also improves the behavioral strategies of student teachers,stimulates their motivation to learn,and encourages self-reflection.In order to ensure the effectiveness of education internship feedback,strategies such as the effective generation of feedback evidence,bidirectional interaction of feedback subjects,establishing and improving feedback systems,and creating a conducive feedback environment should be emphasized.These measures are essential to effectively promote the professional development of student teachers and support the high-quality development of pre-service teacher education.
