摘要
在教育数字化进程中,乡村教师数字素养亟待提升以帮助其有效应对教育数字化转型挑战。乡村教师数字素养的提升是推进乡村教育数字化转型的必然诉求;是实现城乡教育一体化发展的重要保障;是助力乡村教师专业发展的关键力量;是促进乡村学生成长与发展的现实需要。然而,乡村教师数字素养提升陷入了内生动力不足、文化氛围薄弱以及制度保障失范等诸多实然困境之中。为此,应着力探索乡村教师数字素养提升的实践进路:一是主体激发,培养乡村教师数字素养提升的主体意识;二是文化引领,建设乡村教师数字素养提升的优质环境;三是制度保障,健全乡村教师数字素养提升的保障制度。
In the course of educational digitization,it is imperative to enhance the digital literacy of rural teachers to equip them for effectively addressing the challenges posed by the digital transformation of education.The improvement of rural teachers'digital literacy is an inevitable demand to promote the digital transformation of rural education.It is an important guarantee to realize the integrated development of urban and rural education.It is the key force to help the professional development of rural teachers.It is the realistic need to foster the growth and development of rural students.However,efforts to improve rural teachers'digital literacy are hindered by significant challenges,including a lack of intrinsic motivation,a fragile cultural environment,and insufficient institutional support.Therefore,we should prioritize the exploration of practical strategies to enhance rural teachers'digital literacy:first,through targeted stimulation to cultivate their awareness of digital literacy;second,by providing cultural guidance to establish a conducive environment for digital literacy enhancement;and third,by strengthening the institutional frameworks that support digital literacy development.
