SETD2 in cancer:functions,molecular mechanisms,and therapeutic regimens

摘要 In recent years,the histone methyltransferase SET domain containing 2(SETD2)has garnered significant attention for its involvement in carcinogenesis.Herein we aim to summarize the research advances regarding SETD2 in tumors,elucidate the role in global epigenetic regulation,highlight potential therapeutic regimens for patients with SETD2 deficiency,and outline future research directions.
