摘要
为解决乌将线地窝铺站至米泉站、至甘泉堡站区间货物运输周转时间长,运力无法释放的问题,通过综合比选多种设计方案,最终选取计轴自动所间闭塞方式,将1个站间区间分成2个所间区间,实现2列列车在单线区间的追踪运行,在经济性、实用性、安全性上都能充分满足运输需求。工程设计中使用较为成熟的计轴所间闭塞方向电路和通过信号机点灯电路,实现计轴自动所间闭塞与国产硬件冗余型计算机联锁系统相结合,以及与调度集中CTC系统相结合;使用计轴自动所间闭塞计轴设备双套冗余接口设计。工程实施后,有效缓解了运输压力,提高了运输效率,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
In order to solve the problem that the freight transportation turnover time is long and the transportation capacity cannot be released from Diwopu station to the MiQuan station and the Ganquanpu station on Wubei—Jiangjunmiao railway,through comprehensively comparing and selecting multiple design schemes,and finally the method of axle counter automatic block between block posts was chosen,which divides one block section between block posts into two block sections between block posts to realize the tracking operation of two trains in the single line section,and which can fully meet transportation needs in terms of economy,practicality,and safety.The mature axle counter block directional circuits between block posts and signal lighting circuits were used in the engineering,to realize axle counter automatic block between block posts was combined with domestic hardware redundant computer interlocking systems and centralized traffic control (CTC) system, and the dual redundant interface design of axle counter equipment of axle counter automatic block between block posts was used. After the implementation of the engineering, the transportation pressure was effectively alleviated, the transportation efficiency was improved, and good economic and social benefits were achieved.
