碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合自体脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的临床观察

Clinical observation of basic fibroblast growth factor combined with autologous fat transplantation for the treatment of facial depressed scars

目的 探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合自体脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果。方法 选取2021年11月至2023年12月河南京城皮肤中医院收治的86例面部凹陷性瘢痕患者,按治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组43例患者,采用自体脂肪移植治疗,观察组43例患者,采用自体脂肪联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床相关指标(结痂、红斑、疼痛持续时间)、瘢痕改善情况(温哥华瘢痕量表评分、痤疮瘢痕临床评估量表评分)以及安全性。结果 观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者结痂、红斑、疼痛持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后温哥华瘢痕量表评分、瘢痕临床评估量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合自体脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的效果较为显著,利于缩短病情恢复时间,改善患者瘢痕症状,临床应用安全可靠。

Objective To explore the application effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)combined with autologous fat transplantation in the treatment of facial depressed scars.Method A total of 86 patients with facial depressed scars admitted to our Hospital from November 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The control group(43 cases)received autologous fat transplantation treatment,while the observation group(43 cases)received combined treatment with bFGF.Compare the clinical efficacy,clinically relevant indicators(scab,erythema,duration of pain),scar improvement vancouver scar scale(VSS),acne scar clinical assessment scale(ECCA)and safety between two groups.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had shorter scab formation,erythema,and pain duration than the control group(P<0.05);The VSS and ECCA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of bFGF and autologous fat transplantation has a significant effect on the treatment of facial depressed scars,which is beneficial for shortening the recovery time,improving scar symptoms,and ensuring safe and reliable clinical application.
