摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨数字化口内扫描技术结合优化操作手法在口腔固定修复中的应用效果。方法选取2023年12月至2024年5月于福州市第一总医院口腔专科院区接受口腔固定修复治疗的60例患者,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者采用数字化口内扫描印模技术结合常规操作手法;观察组患者采用数字化口内扫描技术结合优化操作手法。比较两组印模制取时间、患者舒适度、修复体边缘适合性、咬合精度及美容评分。结果观察组印模制取时间短于对照组,患者舒适度高于对照组,美学评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化口内扫描技术结合优化操作手法在口腔固定修复中具有显著优势,可提高工作效率和修复质量,口腔美学评价较高。
Objective This study aims to evaluate the cosmetic effect of digital intraoral scanning technology combined with optimized operating techniques in fixed oral restoration.Methods Among the patients who received fixed oral restoration treatment in the Stomatology Specialty Campus of Fuzhou First General Hospital from December 2023 to May 2024,60 cases were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method:one group was defined as the control group(30 cases),using digital intraoral scanning technology combined with conventional operating techniques;the other group was defined as the observation group(30 cases),using digital intraoral scanning technology combined with optimized operating techniques.The impression taking time,patient comfort,marginal adaptation of the restoration,occlusal accuracy,and cosmetic score were compared between the two groups.Results The impression taking time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the patient comfort was higher than that of the control group,and the cosmetic score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The digital intraoral scanning technology combined with the optimized operating techniques has significant advantages in fixed oral restoration,which can improve work efficiency and restoration quality,and performs well in terms of cosmetology.
