摘要
针对夏季雨水多带来的汽车停车场积水排水问题,设计了一款适用车库停车的防止车辆被淹没的汽车用排水机构,并利用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench对该机构进行有限元分析,得出在7种不同工况下工作时的应力分布图和位移云图.结果表明,机构在承受2 t汽车载荷时所承受的最大应力为小于材料的许用应力,去除载荷后能恢复原状,满足设计强度要求.
Aiming at the problem of water accumulation and drainage in car Parking lots caused by excessive rainfall in summer,a drainage mechanism suitable for preventing vehicles from being submerged in garage Parking was designed.The finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench was used to conduct finite element analysis on the mechanism,and stress distribution maps and displacement cloud maps were obtained under 7 different working conditions.The results show that the maximum stress that the institution can withstand when it is subjected to a load of 2 tons that is less than the allowable stress of the material.After removing the load,it can recover to its original state,meeting the design strength requirements.
