盾构机/TBM主驱动密封用耐高温低压缩永久变形丁腈橡胶胶料的研究

摘要 研究生胶体系、补强体系、硫化体系对盾构机/全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)主驱动密封用丁腈橡胶(NBR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:硫黄/促进剂ZBEC/促进剂TETD体系、硫黄/促进剂CBS/促进剂TETD体系和硫黄/过氧化物DCP/促进剂EZ/促进剂MBTS体系胶料的工艺性能较好,可以满足无痕分段硫化工艺要求;NBR3350硫化胶和NBR N31/NBR N32并用硫化胶的拉伸性能较好;NBR N31/NBR N32并用硫化胶的抗撕裂性能优于NBR3350硫化胶;随着硫黄用量的增大,硫化胶的硬度增大,回弹值减小,抗撕裂性能、耐老化性能和耐磨性能下降,高温压缩永久变形先减小后增大,压缩生热降低,耐油性能呈提高趋势;促进剂ZBEC用量增大,硫化胶的拉伸性能提高,抗撕裂性能、耐老化性能和耐磨性能下降,高温压缩永久变形减小,生热降低,耐油性能略有降低;将白炭黑替换成炭黑N774后,硫化胶的拉伸性能有所提升,高温压缩永久变形减小,耐磨性能变化不大。 The effect of the raw rubber system,reinforcement system and curing system on the properties of the nitrile rubber(NBR)compounds for the sealing of the main drive of shield machine/full section tunnel boring machine(TBM)was investigated.The results showed that the process properties of sulfur/accelerator ZBEC/accelerator TETD system,sulfur/accelerator CBS/accelerator TETD system and sulfur/peroxide DCP/accelerator EZ/accelerator MBTS system compounds were good and could meet the requirements of the seamless segmented vulcanization process.The tensile properties of NBR3350 vulcanizate and NBR N31/NBR N32 blend vulcanizate were better.The tear resistance of NBR N31/NBR N32 blend vulcanizate was superior to that of NBR3350 vulcanizate.As the increase of sulfur dosage,the hardness of the vulcanizate increased,the rebound value decreased,the tear resistance,aging resistance and wear resistance were reduced,the high-temperature compression set first decreased and then increased,the compression heat generation decreased,and the oil resistance showed an increasing trend.With the increase of accelerator ZBEC dosage,the tensile properties of the vulcanizate were improved,the tear resistance,aging resistance and wear resistance were reduced,the high-temperature compression set decreased,the heat generation was reduced,and the oil resistance decreased slightly.By replacing silica with carbon black N774,the tensile properties of vulcanizate were improved,the high-temperature compression set decreased,and the wear resistance did not change significantly.
