摘要
研究吸水膨胀粉(XS102,XS103和XS104)对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)吸水膨胀橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:采用XS102的EPDM吸水膨胀橡胶的交联程度最大,且吸水性能最好,采用XS103和XS104的EPDM吸水膨胀橡胶的吸水速率较快,但XS103和XS104析出严重,采用3种吸水膨胀粉的EPDM吸水膨胀橡胶的拉伸性能相差不大;随着XS102用量的增大,EPDM吸水膨胀橡胶的流动性变差,加工性能降低,与橡胶基体间的作用力和饱和吸水率增大,拉伸性能下降,当XS102用量为90份时EPDM吸水膨胀橡胶的吸水性能与拉伸性能综合最好。
The effect of water swellable powders(XS102,XS103 and XS104)on the properties of ethylene-proplene-diene rubber(EPDM)water swellable rubber was studied.The results showed that,the crosslinking degree of EPDM water swellable rubber with XS102 was the largest,and the water absorption performance was the best.The water absorption rates of EPDM water swellable rubber with XS103 and XS104 were faster,but the precipitations of XS103 and XS104 were severe.The tensile properties of EPDM water swellable rubber with three types of water swellable powders showed little difference.As the increase of XS102 dosage,the flowability of EPDM water swellable rubber deteriorated,the processing performance decreased,the interaction force with rubber matrix and the saturation water absorption rate increased,and the tensile properties decreased.When XS102 dosage was 90 phr,the water absorption performance and tensile properties of EPDM water swellable rubber were the comprehensively best.
