外源NO对铝胁迫下鸡骨草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Exogenous NO on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Abrus herba under Aluminum Stress

摘要 本研究以大叶鸡骨草、小叶鸡骨草种子为试验材料,采用纸床发芽法,探究铝胁迫对2种鸡骨草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,并探讨添加不同浓度外源SNP对2种鸡骨草的铝毒害有无缓解作用。结果表明,铝胁迫对2种鸡骨草种子萌发及幼苗生长均有显著抑制作用。添加外源NO后,低、中浓度SNP可缓解铝胁迫下2种鸡骨草种子萌发及幼苗生长的抑制作用,相对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、苗长、主根长、苗鲜重和一级次生根数均升高,尤其对苗长产生促进效应明显。其中,大叶鸡骨草以100μmol/L SNP对铝胁迫的缓解效果最佳,小叶鸡骨草以500μmol/L SNP对铝胁迫的缓解效果最佳。 This study used seeds of Abrus cantoniernsis Hance and Abrus mollis Hance as experimental materials and employed the paper roll germination method to investigate the effects of aluminum stress on the germination and seedling growth of the two species.Additionally,the study explored whether the addition of exogenous SNP at different concentrations could alleviate aluminum toxicity in both species.The results showed that aluminum stress significantly inhibited the germination and seedling growth of both Abrus herba species.The addition of exogenous NO resulted in a reduction of the inhibitory effects of aluminum stress on germination and seedling growth at low and medium concentrations of SNP,as evidenced by increases in germination rate,germination potential,germination index,seedling height,primary root length,seedling fresh weight,and the number of primary lateral roots,particularly promoting seedling height.Among the treatments,100μmol/L SNP was found to be the most effective in alleviating aluminum stress for Abrus mollis Hance,while 500μmol/L SNP was most effective for Abrus cantoniernsis Hance.
