场景驱动企业颠覆性创新的作用机制研究:基于创新生态系统视角的双案例分析

Research on the mechanism of context-driven disruptive innovation in enterprises:Dual case analysis based on the perspective of innovation ecosystem

伴随数字经济发展,场景对企业实现颠覆性创新的驱动作用日益显著。为此,从创新生态系统视角出发,对海尔生物医疗的智慧血液场景与智慧疫苗场景进行双案例探索性研究,揭示场景驱动企业颠覆性创新的作用机制。研究发现:第一,场景驱动企业颠覆性创新遵循“场景嵌入-创新生态系统升级-颠覆性创新实现”的基本逻辑;第二,场景驱动企业颠覆性创新的作用机制包括产品升级导向型作用机制与服务优化导向型作用机制;第三,两种作用机制差异性的核心在于场景嵌入方式、创新生态系统升级过程与颠覆性创新结果的差异性组合。研究结果拓展了创新生态系统、颠覆性创新等理论的相关研究,对于我国企业借助场景的驱动作用实现颠覆性创新具有积极的指导意义。

With the development of digital economy,the driving role of context in achieving disruptive innovation of enterprises is becoming increasingly significant.Therefore,from the perspective of innovation ecosystem,a dual case exploratory study is conducted on smart blood context and smart vaccine context of Haier Biomedical,revealing the mechanism of context-driven disruptive innovation of enterprises.Research has found that:Firstly,context-driven disruptive innovation of enterprises follows basic logic of"context embedding-innovation ecosystem upgrading-disruptive innovation implementation";Secondly,there are two ways for context-driven disruptive innovation in enterprises:product upgrade oriented mechanism and service optimization oriented mechanism;Thirdly,The core of the difference in the two mechanisms lies in the differential combination of context embedding methods,innovation ecosystem upgrading processes and disruptive innovation outcomes.This study expands the theories related to innovation ecosystems and disruptive innovation,and has positive guiding significance for Chinese enterprises to achieve disruptive innovation through the driving force of context.
