弹性加载调控Ti基非晶合金非均匀结构及性能研究

Non-uniform Structure and Properties of Ti-based Amorphous Alloy Controlled by Elastic Loading

摘要 通过弹性加载处理在弛豫态Ti_(32.85)Zr_(30.21)Cu_(9)Ni_(5.28)Be_(22.66)非晶合金中引入了梯度结构,研究了梯度结构对其室温力学性能的影响。研究表明,梯度结构会阻碍剪切带的快速扩展,耗散更多能量,进而延缓断裂。压缩塑性由3.2%提升至8.8%,即梯度结构的存在赋予了弛豫态非晶合金额外的塑性。 Gradient structure was induced into the relaxed Ti_(32.85)Zr_(30.21)Cu_(9)Ni_(5.28)Be_(22.66)amorphous alloy through elastic loading treatment,and effects of gradient structure on mechanical properties of alloy were investigated.The results reveal that gradient structures can hinder the rapid expansion of shear bands and dissipate more energy,which delays fracture.The compressive plasticity of amorphous alloy is increased from 3.2%to 8.8%,indicating that the existence of gradient structures endows relaxed amorphous alloy with additional plasticity.
