四方博弈视角下的被动式建筑推广策略研究

摘要 作为建筑业转型升级的主要发展趋势之一,被动式建筑的推广应用可有效降低建筑业碳排放,助力建筑业可持续发展目标的实现。为提升被动式建筑推广应用效果,选取政府、开发商、材料供应商和消费者作为博弈主体构建被动式建筑推广博弈模型,对模型进行了稳定性分析与仿真分析,探究相关参数变动对推广效果的影响。结果表明:提高开发商、供应商的增税额及消费者补贴是促进被动式建筑推广应用的有效途径;持续增加政策及宣传成本投入以期加速推广并不可取;增量成本的降低将有效促进被动式建筑的推广与长期发展。并据此为政府制定更为有效的激励推广策略提供参考。 As one of the main development trends in the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the promotionand application of passive buildings can effectively reduce carbon emissions in the construction industry and help realize the goal ofsustainable development of the construction industry.To improve the effect of promoting the application of passive buildings,thegovernment,developers,material suppliers and consumers are selected as the game subjects to construct a passive buildingpromotion game model,and the stability analysis and simulation analysis of the model are carried out to investigate the influence ofthe relevant parameter changes on the promotion effect.The results show that:increasing the tax increment for developers andsuppliers and consumer subsidies is an effective way to promote the application of passive buildings;increasing the policy andpublicity costs to accelerate the promotion of passive buildings is undesirable;and decreasing the incremental costs will effectivelypromote the promotion of passive buildings in the long run.Accordingly,this research provides a reference for the government toformulate a more effective incentive promotion strategy.
