基于主成分分析的特种稻种质资源营养成分分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Nutrient Composition of Special Rice Germplasm Resources Based on the Principal Component Analysis

摘要 对37份特种稻种质的稻米进行营养成分测定,比较分析了不同类型特种稻营养成分含量差异,并对其进行主成分分析及综合评价,为辽宁稻区特种稻新材料创制提供依据。结果表明,绝大部分特种稻的8种必需氨基酸含量明显高于对照。黑香糯米和黑香米类型的种质矿物元素含量均显著或极显著高于对照,不同类型特种稻的活性物质含量普遍高于对照白米,且黑香糯米及黑香米类型的活性物质含量均显著或极显著高于对照,研究还发现2个及2个以上性状聚合类型特种稻在氨基酸、矿物元素、维生素B_(1)、维生素B_(2)、花色苷及黄酮含量上具有一定的增加效应。基于17个指标的主成分系数建立了特种稻稻米营养品质性状的综合评价函数,并对其进行综合评价,得分在0以上的特种稻有23份,占总材料的62.2%,其中黑香糯-2、黑香稻1号和黑香稻2号3份特种稻评分大于1,可作为特殊性状基因来源为辽宁滨海稻区特种稻种质资源研究与创新提供材料基础。 The nutrient composition of 37 special rice germplasms were determined,and the differences in nutrient content of different types of special rice were compared and analyzed,and the principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation were carried out in order to provide a basis for the creation of new special rice materials in Liaoning rice area.The results showed the content of eight essential amino acids in most of the special rice were significantly higher than that of the control,and the contents of mineral elements in black-flavor glutinous rice and black-flavor rice were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those in the control.The contents of active substances in different types of special rice were generally higher than those in the control white rice,and the contents of active substances in black-flavor glutinous rice and black-flavor rice were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those in the control.It was also found that two or more polymerization types of special rice had a certain increase effect on amino acid content,mineral element content,vitamin B_(1),vitamin B_(2),anthocyanin and flavonoid contents.The comprehensive evaluation function of nutritional quality traits of special rice was established based on the principal component coefficients of 17 indexes,and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out.There were 23 special rice materials with scores above zero,accounting for 62.2%of the total test materials.Among them,three special rice materials(Heixiangnuo-2,Heixiangdao 1 and Heixiangdao 2)had scores greater than 1.These can be used as a source of special trait genetic sources for the material basis for the research and innovation of special rice types of rice species of the Liaoning coastal rice area.
